A hot drink from Portugal made of espresso coffee and foamed milk (it is made in a steam-producing espresso machine). It comes in a tall glass with about one quarter coffee, and three quarters foamed milk.

It is similar to a Galao topped with whipped cream; the proportions are one third of coffee, one third of foamed milk and one third of whipped cream sprinkled with cinnamon.
